Patty Jenkins Responds to Rumors About Wonder Woman Being a Mess

Apparently, some random ex-employee from Warner Bros released an online letter detailing her experiences within the studio. The letter was towards the WB CEO Kevin Tsujihara, the ex-employee then went off to say about how the studio has made the DC Films line-up bad ever since Man of Steel. And then she went to say that the next DC movie, Wonder Woman, is a complete mess by insiders.

However, Patty Jenkins fired back on Twitter.

Here what she had to say:

Now, we don't know who sent this open letter. Personally, I don't think Wonder Woman is a 'mess' and do you want to why I don't think it is. RANT INCOMING!!!!! It's because they are in post-production a.k.a editing stages of the film. So, OF COURSE, it's a mess. They are still putting the scenes together in order for it to be a MOVIE. They have plenty of time to do what they need to do and if they feel as if, they need to do a re-shoot before the release of the movie, they can do that. Man, I'm nearly at my limit. My small rant is over now.

Gal Gadot was one of the best things in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Geoff Johns and Jon Berg are now spearheading the DC Films since it was announced in May 2016. So all the movies, Man of Steel, Suicide Squad and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, didn't get the proper treatment from Geoff Johns because he was only an executive producer at the time.  He only had a very small role in the creation of how Batman v Superman and for Suicide Squad's post-production, since they finished filming, he had to, for what I can presume, supervise the editing stages of Suicide Squad. And I really liked Suicide Squad and if you haven't read my review of it, what are you waiting for, click right HERE. Also, HERE is filmmaker Kevin Smith's spoiler review of the movie.

Geoff Johns, notable work for DC Comics characters Green Lantern, Aquaman, The Flash and Superman.

Allan Heinberg co-writing the screenplay with Geoff Johns for the Wonder Woman movie
But from now on, now that Suicide Squad has finished, Geoff Johns will be able to have a lot more control over the DC Films starting from Wonder Woman, since Geoff Johns and Allan Heinberg are co-writing the screenplay and Zack Snyder is co-writing the story with him. If you need an example, look at the image below and look at the producer grid:

I'm pretty excited for Wonder Woman to make her big debut, I hope this movie does successfully and a lot of women also go see it because Wonder Woman is a strong feminist character and the symbol of women's liberation movement. Plus, a lot of young kids in their teens can look to Wonder Woman as a role model.

So guys, what do you think about all of this 'whatever it's supposed to be'? Are you excited for the Wonder Woman movie? Let me know in the comments below, spread this article around and follow me on Twitter (@dmyxxxx) and I'll see you later.
