Justice League Dark Is in Full Development & New Director Is Announced

MY PRAYERS HAVE FINALLY BEEN ANSWERED!!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!!

As you can tell by the title and sub-title, it's official (I hope). Just recently, Justice League Dark a.k.a "Dark Universe" is in full development at Warner Bros and the person who is set to direct it is Doug Liman.

Justice League Dark appeared in #1 (November 2011)

Warner Bros haven't confirmed it officially but, many websites have posted this story. Some of them are official. There are no details of the plot of the movie but, the story of Justice League Dark consists of a group of supernatural members from the DC Universe and they are John Constantine, Madame Xanadu, Deadman, Shade, The Changing Man and Zatanna. And they handle situations that the traditional Justice League team (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman etc) normally don't deal with or are unfit for that type of incident. And it is said that this movie will play a huge role in the DC Extended Universe

Now I don't know about you guys and gals but, I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS MOVIE TO BE MADE!!!! Ever since they released the trailer for the animated movie, which is set to be released in Late 2016, I'm turning into such a fanboy for the JLD team.

I mean they are so different than the original Justice League members. And sidenote, I will be collecting volumes of Justice League Dark so I can get to know these characters and learn about their abilities because I only know two members from other media sources. Constantine was in CW's Arrow series and Zatanna from the animated TV show, Justice League Unlimited.

Del Toro was originally set to direct the movie but, the movie was halted because he was too busy with other movies and projects. Doug Liman has directed movies that I, personally, think are great and they are Edge of Tomorrow, Mr. & Mrs. Smith and The Bourne Identity. If this is true and he is to direct it, I think that Warner Bros are making a good move. They are picking well-experienced directors to make these movies, like James Wan (Aquaman 2018), Ben Affleck (Batman solo movie), Rick Famuyiwa (The Flash 2018) and Patty Jenkins (Wonder Woman 2017), awesome for us fans and ugggh, to please the critics. Del Toro will be producing the movie along with a couple of writers too, supposedly, re-write the script that Del Toro wrote years ago.
